Anti-bullying, harassment, and violence policy

Arion strives to create a working environment and culture in which employees feel comfortable. Communication at the workplace should be based on mutual respect. This is achieved by implementing preventive measures, clear procedures and providing the relevant support. There is zero tolerance of bullying, gender-based and sexual harassment or other types of violence as this type of conduct is prohibited by law in the workplace. All reports of such conduct are treated seriously.

By adopting a preventive measures and action plan against bullying, sexual harassment, gender-based harassment and violence Arion aims to safeguard the psychosocial and physical security of its employees. Where incidents of bullying, sexual harassment, gender-based harassment and violence occur, the action plan must be followed.
