Con­tro­lant com­pletes $35 mil­lion fin­an­cing

Controlant has completed a $35 million financing round, equivalent to 4.8 billion Icelandic krona. The funding is intended to support the company's future plans and is divided into $25 million in new equity and $10 million in debt financing.

Arion Bank's Corporate Advisory served as Controlant's advisor in the financing process.

Due to a technical incident, transactions were temporarily duplicated for some customers. The transactions have now been corrected, however, costs may have arisen as a result, for example due to insufficient funds transactions or other charges that can be traced to the incident.
