Customer notification - transactions have been corrected

Due to a technical incident, transactions were temporarily duplicated for a portion of customers. The transactions have now been corrected, however, as a result, costs may have arisen, for example due to insufficient funds transactions or other charges that can be attributed to the incident.

We want to assure our customers that they will not bear any costs related to this matter. If charges have already been debited, they will be fully reversed after the weekend.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank our customers for their understanding and patience while work is being completed on the final resolution of the matter.
