Hol­i­day Open­ing Hours

Our branches and customer service centre will be closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. On other days between Christmas and New Year, we will be open during our regular business hours.

On 2 January, Arion Bank and Vörður branches will follow regular opening hours. Our customer service centre will be open from 9:00 a.m.

We would like to remind customers that most everyday banking services are available in the Arion app and online banking, and answers can always be found via our online chat. In emergencies related to debit and credit cards, please call +354 444 7000 and select option 5 to be connected immediately to our emergency service.
