Ringing for gender equality in the stock exchange

Iða Brá, Assistant Bank Director at Arion, and Halla Tómasdóttir, CEO of B Team, jointly rang the bell for gender equality at the Iceland Stock Exchange on International Women's Day, March 8th, as part of a global stock exchange event.

Iða Brá and Halla were guests of honor at the event organized by Nasdaq Iceland in collaboration with Global Compact Iceland, UN Women Iceland, and FKA – The Association of Women Business Leaders in Iceland.

The theme of the day was Invest in women: Accelerate progress, highlighting that women's empowerment and advancement are key to prosperity. We naturally support this message as it aligns perfectly with the spirit of Arion's Women Invest initiative.
