Trans­ac­tions Ap­pear­ing Twice in Card Trans­ac­tion His­tory – Is­sue Be­ing Cor­rec­ted

Due to an error, transactions from yesterday, 30 July, are appearing twice in card transaction histories and may affect the available balance on payment cards. We are working with Rapyd to correct the issue.

Customer notification - transactions have been corrected

Due to a technical incident, transactions were temporarily duplicated for some customers. The transactions have now been corrected, however, costs may have arisen as a result, for example due to insufficient funds transactions or other charges that can be traced to the incident.
