Tremendous interest in investment competitions for high schools and universities

In October, we held two investment competitions, one for high school students and the other for university students. In total, nearly 1000 students participated in the competitions. The gender ratio was 27% women and 72% men.

The winner of the university competition grew his amount, a total of ten million ISK, by just over three million ISK during the month the competition ran. He invested in companies including Amaroq Ltd, Alvotech, Hampiðjan, and Festi.

The winner of the high school competition grew his amount by over 1.6 million. Oculus Holdings AG secured his victory - as he took a chance and invested his entire amount in that company.
