Due to a technical incident, transactions were temporarily duplicated for some customers. The transactions have now been corrected, however, costs may have arisen as a result, for example due to insufficient funds transactions or other charges that can be traced to the incident.
Due to an error, transactions from yesterday, July 30, appear twice in payment card transaction overviews and may affect the available balance on the cards. A correction is being worked on in collaboration with Rapyd.
