Purchases of goods and services are calculated using the selling rate. The selling rate is Visa’s exchange rate plus the Bank’s fee of 2.5%. All currencies are subject to the same fee. Purchases of goods and services are calculated using the selling rate. The selling rate is Visa’s exchange rate plus the Bank’s fee of 2.7%. All currencies are subject to the same fee. See Visa’s exchange rate calculator here. Please note that when using Visa’s exchange rate calculator, you must enter the applicable bank fee percentage.
Exchange rate used in refunded credit card transactions in foreign currency
The refund rate is Visa’s buying rate plus the fee added by the Bank. When making a refund the Bank pays the cardholder the fee added to Visa’s buying rate.
