B19 - starfsfólk

Great opportunity

It is a 15-month programme where young people who are taking their first steps on the job market can acquire diverse expertise and experience.

Participants are moved between positions every few months and get the opportunity to gain experience according to their strengths and areas of interest.

We also run a mentor programme, where permanent employees get the chance to develop professionally and step out of their comfort zone.

Mentor Guidance

Participants are given the opportunity to learn from experienced specialists and connect with a dynamic group of professionals. Each participant is assigned a mentor who provides guidance and support throughout the duration of the program.

The objective of the graduate program is to create a development pathway for future specialists and leaders by facilitating access to networking, hands‑on experience, and professional knowledge.

The program opens doors to expanded career opportunities and enables participants to gain an early advantage in the job market at the beginning of their professional journey.

Career Tracks That Open Doors to Diverse Roles

The program offers, on the one hand, customized career tracks designed for those who already have a clear idea of which areas of financial services they want to pursue. On the other hand, an open career track is available for participants who wish to explore a broader range of topics within the financial environment.

The goal of all career tracks is to give individuals insight into the wide variety of roles within the group and to equip participants with the knowledge and experience needed to identify the role they are truly passionate about.
