This is a 15-month graduate programme in which outstanding graduates are given a unique opportunity to experience a wide range of roles within the Arion Group. Participants work full-time and rotate between divisions/departments every five months, gaining valuable experience and insight into the Bank's operations.
In the programme, you will have the opportunity to:
Develop in your role in line with your strengths and interests
Work with a strong team that places emphasis on professionalism, ambition and improvement
Build a strong network and gain broad work experience
Participants are given the opportunity to learn from experienced specialists and connect with a dynamic group of professionals. Each participant is assigned a mentor who provides guidance and support throughout the duration of the program.
The objective of the graduate program is to create a development pathway for future specialists and leaders by facilitating access to networking, hands‑on experience, and professional knowledge.
The program opens doors to expanded career opportunities and enables participants to gain an early advantage in the job market at the beginning of their professional journey.
The program offers, on the one hand, customized career tracks designed for those who already have a clear idea of which areas of financial services they want to pursue. On the other hand, an open career track is available for participants who wish to explore a broader range of topics within the financial environment.
The goal of all career tracks is to give individuals insight into the wide variety of roles within the group and to equip participants with the knowledge and experience needed to identify the role they are truly passionate about.
