We offer companies the option to register selected staff as key users, who then receive enhanced permissions to manage the company's finances in the online banking system.
All that's needed is to complete an application form and send it to fyrirtaeki@arionbanki.is. Please note that the application form must be signed by an authorized signatory of the company.
What can a key user do?
Create main products, such as new accounts and cards in a simple way
Apply for overdraft facilities, create or revoke authorizations for deposit accounts
Reset passwords for other users with a single click
Manage access and have a clear overview of finances in real time
Key users can easily change individual credit card limits in online banking, as long as they remain within the company's total credit limit. Such changes are free of charge and do not require signatures. If the total limit itself needs to be changed, key users can submit a request through online banking, which will then be sent for electronic signature by those who have signing authority on behalf of the company.
Additionally, key users can create new credit cards in online banking – the agreement is automatically sent for electronic signature to the cardholder, and the card is created immediately after the signature is completed.
The Arion app is open to everyone. Corporate card holders can therefore download the Arion app and access all information about their cards as soon as it has been created.
In the Arion app, cardholders can:
View the status, transactions and authorization of the card, freeze the card
Access the card's PIN number
View the card number, expiration date and CVC number
Approve payments in online shopping
In the Arion app, it's simple to attach payment receipts and explanations to card transactions. As soon as the cardholder has attached a receipt or explanation to the card transaction, the information becomes accessible in the online banking system.
