To simplify the recording of credit card transactions, we offer cardholders the option to attach receipts and explanations of expenses to credit card transactions.

Once a cardholder has attached a receipt and/or explanation to a credit card transaction, the information becomes accessible in online banking and web services. Subsequently, employees who handle accounting can retrieve the data and enter it into their bookkeeping.
The data can be accessed in online banking or accounting systems that have retrieved the data through the bank's credit card web service
The solution is convenient and securely delivers information to the right place, designed to simplify life for cardholders and accounting staff.
When a company credit card is used, the cardholder receives a notification from the Arion app.
The cardholder can click on the notification from the Arion app or open the app and select the company card and the transaction.
On the information screen, you need to press the paperclip icon in the right corner to add an attachment to the transaction. If you choose to take a photo, the device's camera will open. You can also write a brief description for the transaction.
After additional information has been recorded, a paperclip icon appears next to the transaction, indicating that additional information (image and/or description) has been attached to the transaction.
The information registered by the cardholder becomes immediately accessible in the credit card transaction overview in the online banking system. Transactions with attachments or explanations are marked with a paperclip.
When clicking on a transaction, you can access additional information, modify it, or download it for accounting purposes.
Each company has the option to define two transaction keys that cardholders can use to categorize transactions. Examples of categories include project numbers, financial accounts, cost centers, departments, etc.
When a transaction key has been activated, there is an option to pre-register choices for cardholders under each transaction key by clicking the plus sign next to Key Name and entering ID and Name:
