The EFÍA board consists of five main members and five alternate members. According to Article 4.1 of the fund's regulations, two main member seats and one alternate member seat became vacant as they had reached the end of their terms. The nomination period concluded with the current board members and the current alternate member offering themselves for re-election. No other nominations were received. Therefore, the election to the EFÍA board is uncontested.
