Key focuses
Promoting a healthy workplace
We support the health and well-being of employees in various ways and help to raise awareness of the importance of nurturing mental, social, and physical health.
Health and safety at work
Under legislation on workplace facilities, hygiene, and safety, companies must ensure a safe and healthy working environment. With a formal health and safety plan for the workplace, we help ensure that employees are protected from any health hazards or harm that may arise from their work or working conditions, whether related to mental, physical, or social health.
Well-being and work-life balance
We offer an attractive working environment and a family friendly workplace. The work facilities are exemplary and designed to accommodate the diverse needs of employees at any given time. By offering flexibility at work and a remote work policy, we meet the needs of our employees and support a better balance between work and personal life.
Positive communication
We prioritize the mental well-being of employees and ensure healthy communication based on respect and kindness. We are responsible for creating a working environment which is enriching, enjoyable and motivational.
Analysis of risk factors, prevention, and measurements
Analysis
We analyse and monitor risk factors at all times using a variety of methods. Arion has an occupational health and safety committee, responsible for implementing a formal workplace health and safety plan, conducting risk assessments, and developing action plans based on identified issues.
Preventive measures
Arion works in collaboration with a recognized service provider whose role is to support human resources, managers, and employees in matters relating to prevention, treatment, and monitoring of employee health. A wide range of health-related learning is offered, including instruction on ergonomics, stress and workload management, connective tissue massage, brain health, and more. Employees also have access to consultations with an occupational therapist, first aid courses, training on dealing with bullying and harassment, vaccinations, health checks, grants for health-related purchases, and access to fitness training facilities. By providing outstanding workplace facilities, designed with attention to air quality, acoustics, and overall working conditions, along with an emphasis on work–life balance, support for parents on parental leave, and a clear approach to equality, we create a working environment where the health, safety, and welfare of employees are prioritized.
Measurements, response and follow-up
We monitor the welfare of employees and measure progress through regular employee surveys, annual workplace audits, measurements of incidents of bullying and harassment and risk assessments. We also review the results of health checks, monitor absences due to illness and calculate health indicators. In addition, onboarding and exit surveys, culture assessments, inclusion measurements, and structured tracking of illness statistics are carried out. The results of these measurements are reviewed regularly, and appropriate actions are taken when necessary.
