Ari­on Bank: Co­v­ered Bond Exchange Of­fer Results

The exchange offer results in Arion Bank buying back ISK 300m nominal in the series ARION CBI 26.

In relation to Arion Bank‘s covered bond auction in the series ARION CBI 31 yesterday, holders of the series ARION CBI 26 were offered to sell holdings in the series at a predetermined clean price of 100 in exchange for subscriptions made in the offering.

The exchange offer results in Arion Bank buying back ISK 300 m nominal in the series ARION CBI 26.

Settlement will take place on 12th May 2026.

The offering was managed by Arion Bank Capital Markets.

Arion Bank: Launch of share buy-back program

Today, the Financial Supervisory Authority of the Central Bank of Iceland granted Arion Bank authorization to buy back up to ISK 5.0 billion of its own shares in Iceland and Sweden, and to reduce its share capital.
