Certificate from an official register, e.g., a company register or a comparable official register, not older than three months.
Confirmation of the election of the board (only applicable if the board is not listed in the company register).
Signature rules and/or confirmation of power of attorney or authorization to act on behalf of the legal entity.
Confirmation and details of ownership structure.
Copy of the latest annual financial statements.
Valid identification documents for all individuals authorized to represent the legal entity with the bank, along with copies of IDs of the ultimate beneficial owners.
