Does your company have access to better terms?
Arion Bank, in collaboration with the European Investment Fund, EIF, offers companies that meet certain conditions loans on more favorable terms, or with lower collateral requirements.

Arion Bank, in collaboration with the European Investment Fund, EIF, offers companies that meet certain conditions loans on more favorable terms, or with lower collateral requirements.

The loans are intended to support young and growing companies or the development of new technology and processes in established companies, along with investments in energy transition, sustainability, and circular economy. These must be new projects, so refinancing with an EIF loan is not possible.
For example, investments in organic agriculture, circular economy, or environmentally friendly production methods – as well as green investments in cars, ships, machinery and equipment.
For example, lending to projects for the implementation of new systems or technology, research and development. This category also includes rapidly growing companies and much more.
This includes investments in films, TV production, book publishing or museum operations, along with other projects that elevate and maintain culture in some way.

More Favorable Financing for Eco-Friendly Company Vehicles
EIF Car Loans are designed for businesses* seeking loans for electric vehicles, methane-powered vehicles, or commercial equipment that uses energy sources other than fossil fuels.
More Favorable Terms
9.60% interest rate
85% loan-to-value ratio
1.5% arrangement fee
5-year loan term
The loans are provided with a guarantee from the European Investment Fund (EIF) with the goal of accelerating the energy transition in company vehicle fleets.
"It is particularly gratifying to revive our collaboration with the European Investment Fund. Our partnership from about eight years ago was the foundation for Arion's support of numerous innovation projects, for example in the fields of aquaculture, data centers, environmentally friendly energy sources, and skin care products.
Now our collaboration extends to even more areas with emphasis on innovation and digitalization of society, culture and creative industries, and sustainability and environmental issues. Our partnership with the investment fund is important and makes it easier for us to lend to projects in these areas.
It enables us to finance projects that are at an earlier stage than would otherwise be possible and on more favorable terms, provided they meet the conditions of the agreement."
