Priority Pass provides access to 1300 premium lounges at airports in more than 600 cities worldwide, regardless of airline and travel class. You can enjoy refreshments, read newspapers, and access wireless internet.
A visit fee is charged after each visit to a Priority Pass lounge. If you want to bring a travel companion, you pay the same fee for your guest. The amount of the visit fee is published in the Arion Bank price list.

To activate your access, you need to register, start by visiting the Arion Priority Pass website and complete the registration process before you download the app.

We recommend that you download the Priority Pass+ app, as it is a new version of the app that will replace the Priority PassTM app.
If you are signing up for Priority Pass membership for the first time, you start by creating an account on Arion's page at Prioritypass, then download the Priority Pass+ app and sign in with the username and password you chose when you created your account.
If you already have the Priority PassTM app, simply download the Priority Pass+ app and sign in with the same username and password you used for the Priority PassTM app.
To activate your access, you need to register by filling out an access form on the Arion Priority Pass website. The application form is in English and is processed through our partners at Priority Pass.
Start by visiting the Arion Priority Pass website and complete the registration process.

Enter your full card number, select Submit and select Join Now
Provide personal information (name, email, phone number, etc.)
Create an account (username, password, security question)
Provide card details and related information so Priority Pass can charge visit fees when applicable
After completing registration, download the Priority Pass app, log in with the username and password you chose during registration, and your digital card will be activated
Go to the Priority Pass website
Select LOG IN in the top right corner and sign in with the username and password you chose
Select the MY DETAILS tab
Under that, select EDIT - Billing Details
There you can enter and save information about a new card

Customers who register through the Arion website are not charged an annual fee.
The access is valid for one year at a time.
You start by going to the registration page at https://www.prioritypass.com/arionbanki. There you need to choose a new username as you cannot use the username you already have in the Priority Pass app.
Once the registration process is complete, you open the Priority Pass app with the new username you selected, and the connection to your Arion Bank card becomes active.

Under that, select EDIT - Billing Details
There you can enter and save new card information, such as card number or expiration date
If customers access the traditional Priority Pass website and pay for full membership themselves instead of going through the Arion website at Priority Pass, the customer needs to cancel their membership and request a refund by contacting Priority Pass customer service via phone at +44 20 8680 1338 or through their web portal.
After canceling the incorrectly created subscription, they need to create a new account through the website https://www.prioritypass.com/arionbanki and make sure to create the account with a new username and password. It is not possible to keep the same username and password that was used on the account that was charged.
After registration is complete, customers can download the Priority Pass app and log in with the username and password chosen during registration through the Arion website at Priority Pass.
No, Priority Pass is not valid in the Saga Lounge at Keflavík Airport. Holders of the Premium World, Premia credit card, and Platinum Business Travel card can use the Saga Lounge at Keflavík Airport when travelling on scheduled Icelandair flights.
Please note that the following reasons may apply.
If your QR code is not in the Priority Pass app, check whether you followed the correct steps when registering through the Arion Bank website at Priority Pass. An incorrect registration could be the reason why no QR code appears in the app.
If a QR code is in the app but you are being declined, it may be because the credit card authorization limit has been reached. You can change the card's authorization limit in the Arion Bank app.
In some cases, the lounges may be at full capacity, making it impossible to grant access to more guests. In such situations, customers may be denied entry.
If a lounge staff member denies access to a lounge without an apparent reason, we ask that you send us the key details of the incident and we will forward your feedback to Priority Pass.
Check whether the credit card that provided access to the lounge has been cancelled. Access to Priority Pass lapses when the card is cancelled.
