Enhanced security with card notifications from the Arion app
We have updated the notifications we send from the Arion app when you pay for goods or services with your card.

We have updated the notifications we send from the Arion app when you pay for goods or services with your card.

The purpose is to make it easier for you to respond quickly and securely if you see a transaction you don't recognize or if a specific action is rejected.
*Please note that the notification is sent regardless of how the transaction was performed (via phone or watch, with a physical card, in-store or online).
These new and updated notifications contain a simple explanation of what happened and how you can respond.
Examples:
Incorrect validity period – You can find the validity period in the Arion app
Credit limit reached – You can request an increase in the Arion app
The aforementioned notifications from the Arion app are in addition to the notifications you already receive from Apple or Google Wallet.
To avoid receiving two notifications for the same transaction, we recommend turning off Apple or Google Wallet notifications since the Arion app notification covers all payments, not just those made with your phone.
