Hægt er að taka þátt í útboðinu á áskriftarvef útboðsins sem opnar kl. 10:00 þann 3. júní 2022 og lýkur kl. 16:00 þann 10. júní 2022.
Hver eru skilyrði þess að taka þátt?
Þátttaka er heimil öllum þeim einstaklingum og lögaðilum sem hafa bæði íslenska kennitölu og eru fjárráða í skilningi lögræði laga nr. 71/1997. Aðilar sem eru undir 18 ára mega þar af leiðandi ekki taka þátt í útboðinu, né aðilar sem ekki ráða búi sínu sjálfir.
Sá einstaklingur eða lögaðili sem skráir sig þarf að eiga vörslureikning.
Hver er munur á tilboðsbók A og tilboðsbók B?
Tilboðsbók A er fyrir áskriftir frá 100.000 kr. til 20.000.000 kr. en tilboðsbók B er fyrir áskriftir yfir 20.000.000 kr. Í tilboðsbók A er fast verð á hvern hlut 5,11 kr. en í tilboðsbók B er lágmarks verð á hlut 5,11 kr. og fjárfestir býður það hámarksverð sem hann er tilbúin að greiða.
Hvernig stofna ég vörslureikning?
Hægt er að stofna vörslureikning rafrænt hér.
Þeir sem ekki eiga rafræn skilríki geta stofnað vörslureikning í næsta útibúi.Hvernig skrái ég mig inn á áskriftarvefinn?
- Með rafrænum skilríkjum í farsíma.
- Með aðgangsauðkennum að netbanka Arion banka hf.
- Með lykilorði sem óskað er eftir á áskriftarvefnum og verður sent sem rafrænt skjal í netbanka.
- Fyrir þá sem ekki hafa aðgang að netbanka þá er hægt að fara í útbú Arion banka og fylla út eyðublað og fá lykilorð.
Hvenær þarf að greiða?
Gjald- og eindagi er áætlaður 16. júní 2022. Almennur opnunartími banka og annarra fjármálastofnana er til kl. 16:00. Hægt er að greiða greiðslur yfir 10 m.kr. til kl. 16:15 á íslenskum tíma en lægri greiðslur er hægt að greiða til kl. 21:00 á íslenskum tíma.
Hvenær fæ ég hlutina afhenta?
Afhending á úthlutuðum og greiddum hlutum er áætluð 20. júní 2022.

How do I participate in the Offering?
Subscriptions will be registered electronically via a subscription system on the subscription website, which will open at 10:00 AM GMT on Friday 3 June 2022 and ends on Friday 10 June 2022 at 16:00 GMT.
What are the conditions to participate in the Offering?
Participation in the Offering is open to individual and legal entities who have an Icelandic ID number and are financially competent within the meaning of the legality of Icelandic Act no. 71/1997. Parties under the age of 18 may not participate in the Offering, nor parties who do not legally have the power to decide over their financial estate.
Individuals and legal entities that subscribe must own a custody account.
What is the difference between Order Book A and Order Book B?
Order Book A is for subscriptions ranging from ISK 100,000 kr. to ISK 20,000,000 kr. and Order Book B is for subscriptions over ISK 20,000,000 kr. In Order Book A there is a fixed price per share ISK 5.11 and in Order Book B there is a minimum price per share of ISK 5.11 where investors need to specify the maximum price per share they are willing to pay.
How do I create a custody account?

If you do not own an electronic ID you can establish a custody account at the nearest Arion Bank branch.How do I log in to the order website?
- Electronic Identification number on a phone.
- With user identification number to Arion Bank’s online bank.
- With password requested via the subscription website.
- Identification number and password which can be obtained from Arion Bank by signing a witnessed application for a password or by any other method of verification which Arion Bank considers satisfactory.
When do I need to pay?
Payment date is schedule to be on 16 June 2022. General opening hours of banks and other financial institutions is until 4:00 p.m. GMT on weekdays and after 4:15 p.m. GMT it is not possible to make a payment exceeding ISK 10 million, however lower payments are possible via online banks until 9:00 p.m. GMT.
When will the Offer shares be delivered?
Delivery of allocated and paid Offer Shares is estimated to be on 20 June 2022.
